The one rule that shapes everything here
People search anxiety terms at their worst moments, and the attention economy that meets them is largely monetized distress. Whatever else our network does commercially — disclosed affiliate sites in retail and travel — this site's rule protects the help-seeking pages absolutely: no commercial links there. Any product content we add elsewhere sits apart from them, is disclosed plainly, and has to survive the same evidence reads we publish.
What we are not
Clinicians. Nothing here diagnoses or treats; pages describing treatments describe the established landscape a professional would walk you through, and the sourcing rule is the network standard — general claims kept to well-established clinical consensus, with the loudest claim on the site being "this is treatable; go ask."
