The one rule that shapes everything here
People search anxiety terms at their worst moments, and much of the attention economy that meets them is monetized distress. Our network does run commercial sites — disclosed affiliate sites in retail and travel. But this site's rule protects the help-seeking pages absolutely: no commercial links there. Any product content we add elsewhere sits apart from those pages. It is disclosed plainly, and it has to survive the same evidence reads we publish.
What we are not
Clinicians. Nothing here diagnoses or treats. Pages about treatment describe the established landscape a professional would walk you through, and nothing more. The sourcing rule is our network standard: general claims stay within well-established clinical consensus, and the loudest claim on this site is "this is treatable; go ask."
